Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not exchange items and we only proceed to refunds. If you wish to exchange, please make a new order on our website.

We provide you with a return label, so please keep this label and, if necessary, stick it on the parcel.

The cost of returns will be deducted from your refund.
