Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg.
Delivery costs
- Free delivery from €79 in all four countries.
- Below €79 — Belgium: €5.00 (home delivery) or €2.45 (pick-up point); the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg: €6.95.
Delivery times
From acceptance of your order: 2 to 3 working days in Belgium, 3 to 5 working days for the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. These times are indicative; we will let you know if we expect a delay. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you may cancel it and will be refunded in full.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact hello@hushpuppies.be as soon as possible: as long as the parcel has not been dispatched, the address can still be corrected. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the cost of a new shipment is charged to you.
Parcel damaged, not delivered or lost
If your parcel arrives damaged, please mention it to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If the tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking has not been updated for more than ten (10) working days, contact hello@hushpuppies.be: we open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed. If the loss is confirmed, your order is refunded or re-shipped, subject to availability.
